Tiffany Butler: Blog website design

I was looking for an example of a blog. Alot of the blogs I have found have black backgrounds, im not too sure why this is but it dosent appeal to me, or fit in with what Im designing at the moment. My basic idea so far is to have a clean, mainly white, website. However this website did show alot of other alternative website blog concepts and some of them were very interesting. The ones I was mainly attracted to had information in their blogs that wasn't an overwhelming amount to read about. Instead they had what you needed and wanted to know about the subject matter. This made it far more interesting and held my attention, making me read more of the blog entries.
